Meatballs really easy, fast and tasty

I'm one of those people who should not be overly complicated with a recipe. So I asked my mother how I could quickly and easily make sauleckere meatballs. And her answer was this:

ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat half and half (I had there)
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons of salt (she has attributed it to me extra, otherwise I like to salt too little, normal people do it)
  • 2 tsp medium hot mustard
  • To taste garlic powder, paprika, pepper and herbs (got from mom this salad herbs from a glass - you can get every now and then to supermarket - is always quickly gone)
  • Breadcrumbs (to roll in it, and if the meat mass should be too liquid, then there may also something with pure, as it was the case with me)
  • some fat for frying

preparation

  1. Put all the meat ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well with your hands. As mentioned above, if you find the mass too liquid or too slimy, also some breadcrumbs with it.
  2. Then form into balls and roll into breadcrumbs.
  3. Then put the balls into the pan with the hot fat (had rapeseed oil there), press a little flat and sauté from both sides. Finished.

We just ate some vegetables.
