preparation

  1. Minced meat half and half is mixed with salt, pepper, paprika and 1 tablespoon of mustard and formed into small balls of the same size.
  2. While the potatoes are cooking, the minced meatballs are browned in a frying pan with little cooking fat from all sides. Swing the pan over and over again and possibly turn individual balls with a fork.
  3. Remove the cooked minced meatballs from the pan and put aside.
  4. In the well-worn fat fry a diced large onion and fresh sliced ​​mushrooms.
