Meatloaf from the oven

ingredients

  • 500g minced meat
  • 1 big egg
  • 5 heaped el flour
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of oregano
  • 1 tbsp concentrated tomato paste
  • 1 shot glass of lemon juice
  • pepper and salt
  • 2 large potatoes diced
  • 1/2 glass of red wine

preparation

From minced meat, egg, flour, onions, oregano, tomato paste, pepper and salt, a dough is made which is formed into a loaf and placed in a casserole dish. The potato cubes are now placed all around and doused with lemon juice and wine. Then season with a little pepper and salt.

The roast goes for about 1 hour in the oven at 225 degrees and is baked there nice brown.
