(For 2 people, in the pan)
- 1 pack of mules (about 6 pieces)
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- Salt & black pepper
- germ oil
- Paprika powder (knife tip)
- (who likes it hot) Chilli powder
preparation
- First, peel the onion and divide it into two halves from the top. Then you cut both halves in half rings.
- Quarter the Maultaschen and place in a plate next to the pan.
- Now the onion half rings are sautéed with a pinch of salt in oil. By gentle stirring, the roasted onions succeed particularly well.
- Now the Maultaschen are added and also fried "golden".
- If the oil is a little too lean, give it something else, so that nothing sticks.
- Now if the Maultaschen are seared, the eggs are opened and put into the pan.
- After a good mixing of the ingredients, the dish is now seasoned with pepper, salt and paprika.
- If you like it spicy, just add chilli instead of paprika. ... and shoot a piece of Swabian on the plate! N'Guata.
