Melting snowflakes

- 250g butter (!)
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250g cornstarch
- some flour

- Powdered sugar for dusting

Stir butter with sugar + vanilla sugar until creamy. Add cornflour and a little flour (about a handful). Then (best) with piping bag small "flakes" put on a lined with baking paper sheet. Bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes - not too dark, but slightly yellowish.


(I always try one first to see if the dough is too much - then add flour and knead.)

Finally icing sugar over it and just melt on the tongue!
