Mend pants from the inside

As with all children, the trouser legs are quickly worn through. I do not like to throw away my pants.

There are these pretty expensive decorative patches, but I think they only last well if you take the trouble to sew them tight on the denim. That's too much effort for me. The simple jeans patches are also good by ironing, but meanwhile my children do not like them on their pants anymore. So I patched a pair of jeans from the back.

I ironed the jeans patch from the inside. He keeps very well and it looks passable. It will probably not last as long as a patch from the outside, but probably after so long, until they have outgrown. Little effort for a rescued pants.
