Messenger of Spring - my latest door wreath

I always wanted to create this kind of door wreath - but the search for a yellow-orange tone has proven to be difficult (which I do not understand until now).

The "reason" is a styrofoam wreath with an outer diameter of 32 cm. Because the wool was not as strong as I had hoped, I used four threads about 3 m long to wrap the polystyrene wreath = as a thread and then knotted with the next bundle of four on the back of the wreath. I have tried to wrap the four threads around the wreath approximately parallel to each other.

The offer on the Internet under the keyword "flowers of felt" or "felt flowers" resulted in many instructions, so I had to worry only about the choice of colors. The highlight of this wreath were the last beads applied with hot glue, which I found in a cheap shop. Such stores are truly a great treasure trove when it comes to the purchase of craft junk!

The slogan I have written and self-made makes this tip here and now clear why I have uploaded in the last few months here at TheFruitAndFlowerBasket no more tip: My latest hobby is the beautiful drawing (not writing) of letters, called in English "Lettering" from engl. letter / letter. The lettered letters are usually characterized by thin upward strokes and thick smears, which make up the charm of the lettering first and especially in combination and have completely mesmerized me!

I drew the lettering on 300 g strong photo cardboard and glued it with Stylefix on the ribbon.

At Easter I will remove this lettering and replace it with an "Easter", so that the wreath may stay a little longer!

I wish you all a wonderful spring with lots of sun outside and in the heart!

See you!
