Migraines may be triggered by piercing

For about 18 years - about half my life - I suffer from migraines. This could possibly have been triggered by piersing.

For the past two decades or so, I have been assisting a number of physicians, alternative practitioners, physio therapists (including Cranio Sacral, Neuromuscular Pathway Therapy), acupuncture physicians, and osteopaths. I do not want to go into food and external triggers here, but much more to the approach of my new osteopath:

This is the first time my navel piercing. The navel piercing is based on a main meridian of our body, which is disturbed by the piercing and scarring of the surrounding tissue and can cause migraines in some patients.

I researched this on the internet and came across a series of confirmations.

For a few months now I no longer wear my piercing and the migraine has become rarer and weaker. I had my piercing pierced at about 18 years. In the aftermath, for the first time get migraines and this has never been related in all those years.

Maybe this is an approach that can help you too!
