Milk intolerance due to homogenized milk

Many people have problems with milk. But what some do not know: It is not necessarily the milk, but possibly the homogenization of those.

Most cheap milk as well as any H-milk is homogenized. What is homogenization and why does it cause problems?

This is easy to understand: In Austria, homogenization also means "fine filtration" and this is precisely what constitutes homogenization: under high pressure, the natural molecular structure of milk is destroyed and denatured, which dissolves the natural structure, as once provided by Mother Nature. The intestinal mucosa so absorbs substances that are not intended for them, the compatibility decreases.

The solution is the purchase of products that do without homogenization: In the health food store and in the conventional supermarket usually under "traditionally made," often touted in glass.
