Milk makes it: leaves on green plants like new

I especially like to start the following action with the green plants with big leaves, especially as they are bad dust collectors. So first dust the leaves (great: with the Swiffer of ...., a (microfiber) duster or by rinsing in the shower ...).

Now comes: Support the leaves with a flat hand from below - the cloth is dipped in a mixture of half water and half milk (!) And wiped the sheet with the other hand from the bottom of the sheet towards the tip of the sheet (I already hear the members who demonize the use of food - so please do not answer first). In any case, the leaves "shine" like new, I think. In plants with many leaves I work in a circle from top to bottom. If the plant stands on a rollable stand, it can turn it wonderfully.

One more note: If the blade has strong / visible furrows / grooves, then wipe it outward from the so-called midrib to support the blade structure and not damage the blade. Also, you caught so the gaps especially well.

On my orchids, I have not even tried cleaning action described above - whose leaves I spray with extra purchased liquid, which leaves no residue and which covers the completely different needs of these plants. But even here, if you do not want to buy such a liquid, you should dust the leaves at least regularly.
