Minced beef stew with noodles (without pork)

The minced vegetable stew with noodles (without pork) is based on a simple recipe, which you can easily boil with a pressure cooker. Maybe it will taste good.

Note: I only used beef in this recipe to make the recipe suitable for our fellow Muslims. But you can also prepare it with mixed minced meat.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients for about 4 people

  • 400 g paprika (eg 3 colorful pods in blister)
  • 400 g beef minced
  • 300 g noodles (eg fettuccine or farfalle)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, z. B. rapeseed oil
  • 1 onion, cut and diced, or 60 g of finely diced onions
  • 500 ml broth
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 g of pepper = about 1/2 teaspoon
  • 2 g paprika powder sweet = about 1 teaspoon
  • approx. 60 g tomato paste from the tube (3-fold concentrated, available in the supermarket)

Total cost: about 6.00?. The amount is enough for about 4 people (depends on the appetite).

preparation

  1. For preparation, the onion is peeled and diced. Then the peppers are cut open, hollowed out (gutted) and cut into strips. Alternatively, you can also use frozen pepper stiffeners (thaw before).
  2. Now the minced meat is seared in the hot oil. Then the spices come to it. Stir again. Then add the peppers and onions and stir again. Now add the broth, and then add the dry pasta directly from the bag (weigh it in advance).
  3. Bring to a boil again and then put the lid on the pressure cooker and close.
  4. Bring to a boil until the yellow ring appears, then turn the stove down and cook the pressure cooker at speed 2 for about 10 minutes. Then remove the pressure cooker from the plate and let it cool slowly on a cold stove.
  5. After about 5 minutes let the residual steam escape (evaporation), and carefully open the lid.
  6. Now the food can be served, it's done. I hope you enjoy it :-)

Info:

To cook this recipe, I used the Fissler vitavit comfort cooking pot with 4.5 liters content. It's my first pressure cooker, and I'm amazed how easy it is to make delicious food.

What you should definitely buy is a good pot sponge or a cleaning sponge especially for stainless steel pots. Then the Fissler always stays nice and clean and it will not burn at the next cooking. When cleaning, make sure that you do not scrape off the liquid marking on the inside wall. That would be counterproductive.
