Minced meat and leek pot, delicious, super easy

Total preparation time: 30 min.

Recipe for 2-3 persons:

  • 400 g of mixed minced meat
  • 1-2 tablespoons oil or clarified butter to sauté
  • Wash 1 leek, cut into thin rings
  • 1 coated EL medium hot mustard
  • 1 heaped EL tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon mild paprika powder
  • 1 soup cube (Maggi meat soup or similar)
  • about 200-250 ml of water
  • Salt pepper

To serve: 1 cup of sour cream or sour cream

preparation

Fry the minced meat in oil, then add the leeks cut into rings, sauté, then add the mustard, tomato paste, paprika, Maggi cubes and water, simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the leeks are tender, then with Season with salt and pepper.

Ribbon noodles or boiled potatoes taste great.

To serve: First, pasta noodles or boiled potatoes on the plate, with minced leek sauce cover, on top of a large dab of sour cream or sour cream. It tastes best a cool beer.
