Minced meat noodle casserole in Greek style

This minced meat casserole has a special taste due to the ingredients. The spices chili, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon are warming and energizing, so this is a wonderful winter dish.
ingredients
For 4 to 5 servings:
- 500 g minced meat (half and half)
- 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 60 g of dried tomatoes
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 can of lumpy tomatoes
- 250 g of feta
- 300 ml vegetable broth
- Salt, pepper, caraway
- 1 pinch of sugar
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 Msp. Cloves (ground)
- ¼ tsp rosemary
- a little nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 100 g sour cream
- 270 g of Kritharaki (Greek noodles)
- a little fresh rocket
preparation
Peel onions and garlic and finely chop or chop. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into small pieces. Dice the feta.
The oven is preheated to 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
The oil is heated on a coated pan with a high rim, in which onions and garlic are steamed glassy. Then the minced meat comes along and is fried crumbly.
Add the minced meat to a greased casserole dish or oven dish, add the dried tomatoes, tomato pieces, canned tomatoes, feta cheese cubes and vegetable broth and mix everything. Then the whole thing with salt, pepper, caraway, sugar, Chiliflocken, clove powder, rosemary, nutmeg and cinnamon spicy and stirred with the sour cream. Finally, mix the uncooked pasta underneath and push the mold onto a lower rack in the preheated oven.
The baking time is 30 to 35 minutes.
After that, the dish can be served with some fresh rucola (or other herbs).
