minced meat rolls

ingredients
- 300 g minced meat half and half
- 3 bread rolls
- 1/2 bread softened in water
- 1 small pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 handful of grated Emmentaler
- Salt, pepper and paprika powder or even better Maggi seasoning mix no.1
preparation
- Minced meat, egg, half of well-soaked bread (express well) and spices mix vigorously with each other. Add some breadcrumbs.
- Cut the pepper into very small cubes and add to the mixture with the cheese.
- Halve the 3 rolls and spread the mixture evenly and flat on top. Make sure that the edge of the rolls is well covered, otherwise it will burn.
- Now in the oven or grill with it and bake at about 180 degrees nice brown.
