Mini moorland in the garden
A mini peat bog in the garden is a nice eye-catcher.
You need:
- a 60-80 cm mason bucket
- 2-3 flowerpots of medium size
- Moorbeet or Torferde
- and of course bog plants
This is how it's done:
- The bucket is sunk in the ground. You can also leave it on the ground. But then you would have to dress up the bucket.
- In the bucket then come upside down the flowerpots (for ventilation).
- Fill the bucket brimming with peat soil, water (preferably with rainwater).
- If everything is well slumbered, you can already plant.
- The edge of the bucket can still be covered with smaller field stones.
