Mixed bread without sourdough

Cooking or baking time: 1 hr.
Total preparation time: 2 hours 15 minutes

The sourdough I simply replace with balsamic vinegar, which I always have at home. Try the following recipe (our house bread):

ingredients

  • 590 g lukewarm water
  • 20 g balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 cube of fresh yeast
  • 300 g of rye wholemeal flour
  • 700 g wheat flour 405
  • Add different grains as desired

preparation

  1. Knead everything to a dough.
  2. After kneading leave to rest for about 40-60 minutes and bake for 60 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. Is totally delicious and shines beautifully, if you brush it off immediately after baking with cold water.
