Mixed bread without sourdough

Cooking or baking time: 1 hr.
Total preparation time: 2 hours 15 minutes
The sourdough I simply replace with balsamic vinegar, which I always have at home. Try the following recipe (our house bread):
ingredients
- 590 g lukewarm water
- 20 g balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 cube of fresh yeast
- 300 g of rye wholemeal flour
- 700 g wheat flour 405
- Add different grains as desired
preparation
- Knead everything to a dough.
- After kneading leave to rest for about 40-60 minutes and bake for 60 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Is totally delicious and shines beautifully, if you brush it off immediately after baking with cold water.
