"Mohr in the shirt" - recipe from my grandmother

Incidentally: My grandmother was born in 1877, I am surprised that there have been such fine treats back then. She brought the recipe from Switzerland, where she was in position, as it used to be called.

ingredients

  • 30 spoonfuls
  • 125g dark chocolate (it is also Vollmich)
  • 30g powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g butter
  • 1 glass of strong, sweetened coffee
  • grated chocolate to decorate
  • 1-2 cups of cream (sweet cream)

How to do it:

Melt chocolate and butter, add egg yolks, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and add the whipped egg whites. Refrigerate.

Bisquits (dipped in cold coffee) and layer the cream in a bowl, last the cream.

Cold again (preferably over night), then decorate with the whipped cream on top or simply spread on (that is the shirt of the Mohr) sprinkle with chocolate chips last.

We also like to eat it without cream and rasps, because the cream and the biscuits are so delicious.
