More "fish" for the same money

At today's prices for fish fillet, it is worthwhile to resort to the cheap salmon. He is actually called "Köhler" and is a close relative of cod and haddock and belongs like this to the low-fat "lean fish". His meat is (only) in the raw state a bit greyish, but that does not harm the taste. It gives it u.a. frozen as Alaskan or Pacific salmon in plates (400 g) or "as grown" (1000 g). And usually costs only half as much as the cod. So something for all who like to eat a little more - or want to save or have to.
