Mouthwash simply do it yourself
In this tip you will be shown how to make a mouthwash easy and inexpensive:
You take
- 250 ml of still or boiled water
- 2 tablespoons of vodka for preserving
- 6 drops of tea tree oil
- 6 drops of lavender oil
- 3 drops of clove oil
This is how it's done
Mix everything together in a brown bottle, which can be bought at the pharmacy, shake vigorously and, after brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth with it.
The mouthwash has a disinfecting effect.
You can also use it for gargling, for a sore throat.
If you do not like the vodka, you can do it without it.
