Ingredients for about 2 people
- 3 tbsp oil
- 750 g of potatoes
- Salt pepper
- 2 meat tomatoes
- 150 g mozarella cheese
- 125 ml sweet cream
- fresh basil

Heat the oil in a large pan, add the sliced potatoes and spices and cook for about 10 minutes in a closed pan.
Slice the peeled tomatoes and cheese and add to the potatoes, add the cream and cook in a closed pan for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with chopped basil sprinkled.
