Mr. cream

Since I have received such delicious and good tips so far, I would now like to get rid of my recipe for a super light men's cream. Did it until New Year's Eve again and it was a complete success.
ingredients
- 1 pck. Vanilla pudding powder
- 400 ml of milk
- 2 cups of cream
- sugar
- 2 bars of block chocolate (works also with simple bittersweet chocolate)
- 3 1/2 pinches of rum
preparation
- First you cook the pudding as described on the package, but just with 400 ml of milk to make a cream.
- The pudding you then cold, I always do it overnight, so can be great prepare.
- When the pudding is then chilled, stir well with the stir bar / mixer.
- Then the rum comes in, if there are guests who do not quite like alcohol, you can reduce the amount to 2 pints. Then still has a great aroma.
- Grate the chocolate and stir into the pudding. Finally, beat the cream until stiff, and here too you can reduce the amount - but do not forget the creamy stiffness and then lift the mass under the pudding (NOT QUIRLING) and the mens cream is ready.
