Mr. pudding
A great dessert is the men's pudding. Cook vanillie pudding and stir until cold (to prevent skin from forming). Then fold in 1 packet of whipped cream (the pudding must be really cold so that the cream does not become liquid again). Add a crumbled piece of bittersweet chocolate and add rum to taste.
It always used to be a huge piglet when I chopped up the chocolate with a knife. Today I take a freezer bag: chocolate pure, seal the bag, put on wooden boards, towel over it and chop the chocolate with a hammer. Works fine without mess.
