Muesli: fast, healthy and delicious

For some time I make myself a cereal itself, because the purchased me either too expensive, too sweet or with raisins (choke) are.

Since I always have to go fast, I proceed as follows:


  • 1 pack of oatmeal
  • 1 pack of bran
  • 1 packet of flaxseed
  • 1 bag of coconut flakes
  • 1 bag of hazelnuts
  • 1 bag of walnuts
  • 1 bag of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 bag of pine nuts


The shrimp and walnuts I shred a bit and then everything comes together in a large reservoir with a lid and is well shaken. Ratzfatz you have for many days a very tasty cereal, I need it also no sugar.

Of course, anyone can pack what they like, I was interested in the idea of ​​not weighing everything out.
