Delicious recipe for about 24 muffins
Ingredients: 150g butter, 150g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 3 eggs, 300g flour, 1/2 packet of baking powder, a little milk

Mix the ingredients butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually add 3 eggs. Then the flour and baking powder comes in. Now add some milk, so that the dough is not so firm. Add just enough milk until the dough has thinned slightly. The dough still has to fall off the spoon. If desired, refine the dough as described above, otherwise take a tablespoon and a small spoon.

Now you prepare the muffin baking sheet (grease with oil or Magarine and sprinkle any shape around it with breadcrumbs, so you get the muffin easily back out of the mold and then rinse is also easier) or the paper cups and takes about 1 tablespoon of dough and bring it in form. To get the dough off the spoon better, take the small spoon to help. Now one can further refine the muffin at will, e.g. with cherries or raspberries / blueberries or chocolate pieces sprinkled over it. Then the muffins come in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. For circulating air to 160 ° C - 180 ° C and for upper and lower heat to 200 ° C - 220 ° C.

After that they just have to cool down.

Just wait with the muffin baking pan about 10 to 15 minutes before you rausholt or turn the baking sheet.

A tip is: 1 day later they taste much better than freshly baked, for whatever reason! ;)
