Yes, I know that there are a lot of meatball recipes, but there are maybe one or the other who wants to try my favorite recipe.
ingredients
For about 30 small meatballs
- 750 g mixed hack
- 1.5 old rolls
- 2-3 eggs
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- Pepper by eye
- about 50 g of grated cheese
- 2 medium onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5-6 tablespoons Hela spicy ketchup
- 3 tablespoons chopped chive (who likes, also like some chopped wild garlic, free after muzzle)
preparation
- Soak the rolls in water and squeeze.
- Cut the onions into small cubes and place in a bowl with the hack, eggs, ketchup, salt, pepper, cheese and herbs.
- Crush the garlic and mix everything nicely.
- Shape the meatballs and fry well.
