Natural colors from food
?Some foods contain strong colors. Some I give examples here.
In the picture you can see: on the right the originals, on the left the discolorations on household crepe. It is a matter of?
- Beetroot
- Turmeric as a rhizome
- sage
Who knows other colors that are derived from natural plants and can be used in the kitchen? Besides turmeric, there is the famous saffron. "Saffron makes the cake." I have not found anything for blue yet.
