Naturally drain the body

Maybe some of you know that too: I have been taking medication for high blood pressure for some time now and unfortunately the dose had to be doubled due to extreme hypertension crises. A very unpleasant side effect of these drugs are water retention in the body, which my internist has pointed out to me. For this reason, I drink nettle and birch leaf tea for about 2 weeks. Both are known for their draining effect.

To this I take: 1 teaspoon dried nettle leaves and soak them with 150 ml of boiling water, let stand ten minutes and strain or optionally 2 tsp dried birch leaves, cover with 200 ml of boiling water, cover for 10 minutes and strain.

In addition to the draining effect, nettle tea also has some other positive aspects when it is drunk regularly. It also has anti-inflammatory, blood-purifying, detoxifying, expectorant and lowering blood sugar. I did not notice any side effects.

The birch leaf tea also helps with rheumatic complaints. Side effects can occur in the form of mild gastrointestinal symptoms. For me, these did not occur. However, birch pollen allergy sufferers should refrain from it as a precautionary measure.

My new body fat analysis scale measures not only body fat and muscle but also body water, which is between 45-60% in women.

I always weigh myself before dinner in the evening, because then the water balance is the most stable and over the past 2 weeks, the water content has also returned to normal. I will definitely drink the tea for a while.

Info:

The Soehnle Shape Sense Connect 200 has a sleek design, is lightweight, and thanks to the app, which you can download to your phone, you always have your values at a glance. The app is connected via Bluetooth to the scale and the installation is really easy. The manual I noticed positively, because it is very easy to understand.

I also think that the values of up to 8 people can be saved.

On the negative side, I've noticed a few times that the Bluetooth connection did not work properly and that's why I could not retrieve my data. Otherwise, I am so far satisfied with the Soehnle product.

Supported by Soehnle and TheFruitAndFlowerBasket with a free Soehnle product.
