Neptune pan with fish and seafood

This quick Neptune pan of fish and seafood is quick to prepare and will be on the table in 30 minutes.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 300 g ready-to-cook prawns without shell
  • 200g of shellfish (I cook mussels in the months they are offered and freeze the mussel in portions)
  • 2 pieces of cod (frozen)
  • 3 stems of basil
  • Salt, oil, pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic

preparation

  1. The spaghetti is prepared in plenty of salt water according to the package and cooked until firm.
  2. Ripen the tomatoes and halve or quarter them according to their size.
  3. Chop basil small.
  4. Peel garlic and mince it.
  5. Split chili lengthways and cut into thin strips.
  6. Cut the cod into pieces.
  7. Fry chili, garlic, clams, fish and shrimp in a large pan in hot oil
  8. Drain the pasta and place with the tomato pieces in the pan and swing through.
  9. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with basil.
