New to the job? Avoiding chores in the coffee kitchen
If you start new in a company, you really want to get connected quickly. And connection of course you will find the fastest in the coffee kitchen. So far so good. But then you should not get carried away as a freshman, to participate in the more frequently appearing blasphemies! As soon as the colleagues begin to blaspheme, it is better to move away. This has several reasons:
It always makes a bad impression when you have an "opinion" on colleagues from the beginning that you do not even know.
Even if you have no "opinion" and nodding in the lasses only in agreement, this can go out later evil. If it then goes completely stupid, it says afterwards: "Yes, the sir / madam soso said this and that". Unfortunately, it does not matter anymore that the other colleague actually blasphemed and that one only "nodded".
