No iodized salt for pickled cucumbers

Now is the time again, where you can buy the delicious little cucumbers in the markets. Those who enjoy it will certainly fill some glass with them, as well as sweet and sour pumpkin pieces and small onions.

Always a nice gift, such a glass with gherkins from our own production.

A tip from me:

If you put the different vegetables, you should not take any iodized salt. The iodine leaves the cucumbers and the rest of the vegetables that you want to put in a mouthful. It has zero bite after a few days, and who wants to bite on soft vegetables. So take normal salt, then everything stays crisp.
