Noodle brussels sprouts and ham gratin

Noodle brussels sprouts and ham gratin, a fast, delicious dish that can also be prepared well when guests are expected.

For 3 to 4 people you need:

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 300 g pasta (eg Penne)
  • 150 g ham cubes
  • 200 ml of cream (you can also take sour cream or sour cream)
  • 2 eggs
  • vegetable stock
  • Salt pepper
  • herbs of Provence
  • some nutmeg
  • chili powder
  • Garlic powder or 1 garlic clove
  • 80 - 100 g of grated cheese.

preparation

  1. First, the Brussels sprouts are cleaned and washed (I halved the "roses" because they were quite large) and pre-cooked in salted water for 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Then preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Grease a baking dish and the uncooked! Add the pasta and spread the ham cubes and then the boiled, sprouted Brussels sprouts.
  4. Stir the eggs under the cream, add 300 to 350 ml of the cooled vegetable stock, the spices and the grated cheese, stir well and pour over the Brussels sprouts. Finally, sprinkle some more cheese over it.
  5. Now off in the preheated oven and bake for 30 - 35 minutes.

This fits very well a fruit salad.
