For tuna pasta salad, there are a variety of recipes and preferences. There are no limits to the imagination of the ingredients.
This salad is easy to prepare - because it should pull something in the fridge - and is ideal as a small appetizer while z. B. waiting for the grilled. Even as a summery, filling main course, this salad is ideal.
ingredients
- 200 g of pasta cooked until firm, cold-fry the cooked pasta after cooking so that they do not stick together
- 400 g (drained weight) tuna natural from the preserve
- 330 g vegetable corn from the preserve
- 1 large red pepper cut into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (if possible homemade)
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- Juice of a 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- a bit of salt
- a little coarse pepper
preparation
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and mustard well.
- Add the pasta, paprika, onion and corn and mix well.
- Only now slightly fold the tuna. Personally, I like it when larger pieces of fish are in the salad and not everything is crushed.
- Season with salt and sprinkle with coarse pepper, serve.
Tip: if you like capers, you can use these finely chopped as extra seasoning.
