Noodle soup with chicken - winter soup

Noodle soup with pieces of chicken, a soup for the cold season!

ingredients

  • 1 normal chicken
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 1 bunch of birch trees
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • pinch of sugar
  • 250g mussel noodles (or your own choice)

preparation

  1. Put the broth in a large soup pot. Wash the chicken and then pour it into the broth. Then wash the soup greens and cut them to size, add to the stock pot. Now some salt, pepper and the tomatoes quarter and puree. Now simmer for 40 minutes on a small scale.
  2. Then take out the chicken, remove the skin, remove the chicken meat from the bones and then cut into bite-sized pieces and immediately reintroduce it into the vegetable broth.
  3. Now add the noodles to the chicken broth and simmer for 15 minutes. Then season again, sprinkle some chopped parsley, stir and serve.

Tip - healthy and tasty: Roots and tubers such as parsnips, parsley roots, celery, carrots and salsify provide a nice change from winter to cabbage.
