Now empty the fridge and clean it

The weather is perfect to finally clean the fridge. Between two and six degrees is the ideal temperature for the contents of the refrigerator. Simply put all the contents in a box or bath towel, and then out on the balcony, the terrace, or outside on the windowsill.

So you have enough time to clean the fridge from them. Fat, milk and ketchup stains and the same are great breeding grounds for bacteria and mold spores even in a refrigerator.

After the refrigerator is at room temperature, I recommend cleaning with normal warm detergent water or universal cleaner. That alone is a decent disinfection.

It is even cleaner with normal cheaper glass cleaner. After the coarse cleaning, spray thoroughly, allow to soak in for a short time and rub dry with a clean dishcloth.

At this point I would like to warn against expensive disinfectants. (Sagrotan or similarly aggressive detergents)

FACT IS: * g *
1. Cashmere
2. Not really effective
3. Harmful.

In addition only briefly:

Wiping a surface with normal detergents and then drying frees spores, germs and viruses just as well as spraying aggressive disinfectant solutions. The repopulation of germs is less in "manually swept areas" than merely sprayed. (The dirt, so the nutrient medium are retained)

As far as my autumn tip - in a few days, we'll see to defrost the chest again.
