Nussecken (as with Guildo Horn * g *)

From 300g flour, 100g sugar, 1 P. vanilla sugar, 2 eggs, 130g margarine, 1 level teaspoon baking powder to prepare a kneading dough. Distribute this on a baking tray.
Brush with 7 tbsp apricot jam.

Now comes the surface. To do this, melt 200g butter, mix with 200g sugar, 2 p. Vanilla sugar and 4 tablespoons water.
Then add 200g of ground hazelnuts and 200g of ground almonds.
Apply this mixture to the dough.

Bake at approx. 175 degrees depending on the type of heating and oven for approx. 45 minutes.

Cooled down into squares, then cut into triangles. Dip the corners in dark chocolate or couverture.
