Nut and coconut cake without flour

This nut coconut cake without flour is a very nutritious cake that is as firm as fruit bread.

A piece has between 180 and 230 Kcal, depends on the thickness. Instead of 5 eggs I mixed eggs and egg substitute, goes pretty well.

ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g of egg substitute flour
  • 1/4 l of water
  • 100 g of sugar (or 1 cup of Stevia sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 250 g almonds ground
  • Ground 100 g of walnuts
  • 50 g of grated coconut fine

preparation

  1. Whisk eggs and place in a bowl.
  2. Preparing egg substitute: Mix the flour well with the water and add to the eggs. Add sugar and stir until creamy.
  3. Nuts and grated coconut come in another bowl and are mixed with baking soda. Then add to the egg-sugar mixture and knead well with the mixer.
  4. The dough comes in a greased and spread with bread crumbs box shape.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 50 - 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the cake in the mold for 10 minutes before letting it take out and let it cool.
