Nut and coconut cake without flour

This nut coconut cake without flour is a very nutritious cake that is as firm as fruit bread.
A piece has between 180 and 230 Kcal, depends on the thickness. Instead of 5 eggs I mixed eggs and egg substitute, goes pretty well.
ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of egg substitute flour
- 1/4 l of water
- 100 g of sugar (or 1 cup of Stevia sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 250 g almonds ground
- Ground 100 g of walnuts
- 50 g of grated coconut fine
preparation
- Whisk eggs and place in a bowl.
- Preparing egg substitute: Mix the flour well with the water and add to the eggs. Add sugar and stir until creamy.
- Nuts and grated coconut come in another bowl and are mixed with baking soda. Then add to the egg-sugar mixture and knead well with the mixer.
- The dough comes in a greased and spread with bread crumbs box shape.
- Bake in the oven for about 50 - 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cake in the mold for 10 minutes before letting it take out and let it cool.
