Here I would like to share with you our delicious Nussmakronen recipe, they taste nice and juicy and are not so fast hard.
ingredients
- 500 g of ground hazelnuts
- 8 egg whites
- 400 g of sugar
- wafers
- whole hazelnuts
preparation
- The ground hazelnuts are mixed well with the sugar and the egg whites are stiffly beaten and lifted. Then mix everything well again.
- Put some of the mixture on the wafers and put a hazelnut in the middle.
- Bake at 160 degrees for about 10-11 minutes.
