Here I would like to share with you our delicious Nussmakronen recipe, they taste nice and juicy and are not so fast hard.

ingredients

  • 500 g of ground hazelnuts
  • 8 egg whites
  • 400 g of sugar
  • wafers
  • whole hazelnuts

preparation

  1. The ground hazelnuts are mixed well with the sugar and the egg whites are stiffly beaten and lifted. Then mix everything well again.
  2. Put some of the mixture on the wafers and put a hazelnut in the middle.
  3. Bake at 160 degrees for about 10-11 minutes.
