- 100 g chocolate nut cream (for example Nutella)
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 120 ml of milk
- 300 g of flour
- 1 packet of baking soda
preparation
- Lightly grease 12 muffin cups or lay out with paper cups.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Whisk liquid butter, chocolate nut cream, sugar, eggs and milk well.
- Add the flour and baking powder and fold in briefly.
- Put the dough into the prepared molds and fill to about 3/4.
- Place in the oven on a grate on a middle rail. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let the baked muffins in the molds cool on a wire rack for 5-7 minutes.
