Nuts help to lose weight

Actually, it is well known that the nuts have a lot of fats, but it is the good fats that should help us lose weight.

But if you're hungry for something sweet, eat a handful of different nuts, like macadamia nuts or walnuts. My cousin said they are rich in vitamins, fiber and many proteins. You should not get cravings anymore because they have a positive effect on the hormones that are responsible for burning fat.

But only the raw nuts, not salted or baked! In addition, they should have a positive effect on the blood sugar level and thus the hunger for something sweet falls away.
