Oat buffer made from whole oat grains

  6. Add the boiled oat grains and puree shortly.
  7. Chop onions, spring onions and garlic in desired quantity and add.
  8. Season to taste, pepper or season with herbs.
  9. Form buffers and fry in a little oil from both sides.

Variation: Instead of cooked oat grains you can also use puffed oat grains.

The oatbuffers taste very warm and can be served like potato pancakes. They taste very good with grilled or just with barbecue sauces to a fresh salad leaves, but also cold as a snack.
