Oatmeal (oatmeal)

Since many of the "old" oatmeal or oatmeal spit water (as my husband), we make it with milk. He gets so creamier and just goes crazy.

ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of fine oatmeal
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

preparation

The milk is boiled briefly with the oatmeal and the spices and then placed on the side for about five minutes in peace so that the oatmeal can swell. (If the porridge is too thin for your taste, just add more tablespoons, stir and boil again.)


This is also suitable for small children, who attaches importance to natural cooking, for this porridge is also an idea. (Does not mean that Breinahrung from shops is bad!)

If the porridge does not suit, it can be varied according to taste with "cinnamon and sugar", a teaspoon of Nutella or cocoa powder, fruit or "Christmas spices" (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, anise, gingerbread spice) or even punch spice.
