Oh dear ... the soup is salted - so it is still to save

Hello! Do you know that? ... certainly! You've been cooking for a very long time ... and maybe that's why you do not necessarily have the salt shaker at hand while cooking but use a salt bowl ... especially if your household is made up of more than 1 or 2 people. ;-)

Well, then it can happen that you have taken too much momentum and ... Schwups! ... it happened! The soup is salted!

A tip to save the soup after all, is to stretch them a little while by z. B. with milk ... or even better ... with Obers (cream) neutralized! The latter also makes the soup pleasantly creamy!

However, if the soup is very salty, it may be better to clear away a portion (of the clear soup) and then add more water to the soup.

Alternative tip:

You cook a few raw potatoes AND THEREFORE THROW THESE IN CONNECTION AWAY !!

The potatoes have absorbed the salt and thus bound ... and you throw the excess salt thus with the potatoes from the soup!

Voila! The soup is saved!

I hope I could help you with these tips ...

... and wish you good luck!
