Optimum use of high kitchen cabinets

Small kitchen - wall cabinets as high as possible under the ceiling. That means constantly climbing the ladder to get at everything. Here is a tip on how to make the kitchen life easier, and to use kitchen cabinets optimally.

In my small kitchen I have high wall cabinets attached for as much storage space. The cabinets are higher than I can grab. In order to achieve as much as possible without having to constantly climb the ladder, I do the following.

In a wall cabinet, the top shelf is so high that I can barely reach it without climbing the ladder. On it is a turntable (about 40 cm in diameter) and on it I put all my vinegar and oil bottles. If I need a bottle now, I just have to turn the plate until the right one is in front and I can grab it. In this way I can reach 6 to 7 different bottles.

Between turntable and bottles is tray (green in the picture), which I put again and again in the dishwasher, because with an oil bottle pad just now and then to recommend. The turntable itself is not dishwasher safe. In addition to the turntables, I put big things that I rarely need, because to reach them, I have to climb the ladder.

The rest of the shelves are placed lower and then fit in only lower things, such as spices, salt, herbs ... but all without a ladder reachable. So I used the wall cabinet optimally.
