Orange Banana jam
This Marmelde is actually a remainder utilization. When I recently had ripe bananas and some oranges left over, I made a marmot from them. The exact mixture is up to the taste.
I have taken about 800 ml of fresh orange juice and about 200 g of bananas.
300 g preserving sugar and boiled for about 10 minutes. Since the ripe bananas are very sweet you need less sugar.
Then stuffed into hot rinsed glasses, screwed on and turned upside down. (The glasses and not you)
As a "winter kick" you can cook a cinnamon stick. If the whole thing is not solid enough, just add a cake sprung as an emergency helper.
