Orange biscuit

Ingredients and preparation:

Biscuit:
- Separate 6 eggs and beat the snow
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 150 g of flour
- 1/2 baking powder
Make biscuit, bake at 180 degrees for about 15 -20 minutes.
Orange abundance:
- 1.5 L of orange juice
- 12 tbsp sugar (less if needed)
- 3 pck. Vanilla pudding
Cook the orange pudding and spread on the baked sponge cake while still warm, but not hot.
Whipped cream:
- Beat 4 cups of cream and 4 creams, sugar to taste and spread on the orange pudding.
Dip spoonful in orange juice and spread on the cake.
Decorate with chocolate icing.
