Orange Rice Pudding

Tasty orange rice pudding
ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup rice pudding
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 cups of milk and orange juice half and half
- fresh fruits
- cinnamon and sugar
preparation
Sweat the rice pudding in the butter, add the liquid and add sugar and salt (if you want to give up the cinnamon sugar later, then sweeten a little more). Simmer with occasional stirring until the rice pudding is well thickened, then remove from heat and leave to simmer. Let cool and serve with cinnamon sugar and fresh fruits the next day.
Of course you can also eat it warm, but it tastes cold to me better, because then the orange juice is not so dominant. However, I can imagine the warm variant very well in winter.
