1 kg of organic oranges, or 1 kg of organic lemons
120 g of sugar

Wash the oranges or lemons with hot water and rub finely without the whiteness.

Lay out cling film on the large baking tray and spread the mixture thinly and leave to stand.


After about 12 hours, the mass is dried. Do not panic, it clumps a bit.

I leave the orange or lemon sugar to dry for 2 days in the air.

The amount of sugar is a guideline. You can take more or less, depending on how strong you want the sugar.
