Ingredients for a large portion
- 2 packs of Oreo biscuits (freeze)
- 250 g curds
- 75 g of powdered sugar
- 100 g cream cheese
- 300 ml of cream

preparation
- Coarsely paint the frozen Oreo biscuits so that you can still see small pieces.
- Mix the quark, powdered sugar and cream cheese well.
- Beat the cream until stiff.
- Prepare the paradise cream according to the package instructions.
- Mix the quark mixture with paradise cream and fold in the cream.
- Now alternate the cream with the biscuits in a glass bowl, start with a cream layer and stop with a layer of biscuit.
