Original American cheeseburger

Here is a recipe for original American cheeseburgers that I brought from the US:
ingredients
For 4 cheeseburgers:
- 600 g pure fine ground beef
- Salt pepper
- 4 slices of processed cheese
- finely chopped gherkins
- 4-8 thin slices of tomato
- 8 very thin vegetable onion rings
- some leaves of fresh iceberg lettuce
- mustard
- tomato ketchup
- 4 hamburger rolls
- 1 glowing charcoal grill
preparation
- Season the ground beef with pepper and salt, shape four flat hamburger slices and grill each side for 2-3 minutes over charcoal.
- After turning, place a slice of melted cheese on top and let it melt. In the meantime, bake hamburgers on the grill well.
- Brush the lower half of the bread roll with mustard, put the mincedburger with the cheese on top, and place one sheet of iceberg lettuce, 2 onion rings, 1-2 slices of tomatoes and gusto finely chopped pickles.
- Finally, a blob of ketchup on the upper half roll, close, mouth wide open, and joyfully bite.
You can also make the hamburger in a non-stick teflon pan: fry without fat on both sides at high heat, and then cover with the cheese covered on it briefly.
