Ingredients dough
- 10 tablespoons of flour
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 glass of water
- 1 pinch of salt
preparation
Mix everything and knead into a dough, roll out and lay out in a quiche form (normal round cake pan is also possible) and dust with some flour. Pay attention to a 1-2 cm high edge.
Ingredients topping
- diced bacon
- diced ham
- about 1-2 handfuls of leek
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons cream
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tbsp flour
- Pepper salt
- grated cheese
preparation
- Fry the bacon in the pan until it turns slightly brown.
- Spread bacon, ham and sliced leek on the quiche.
- Sprinkle cheese over it (actually until everything is covered).
- Whisk eggs, cream, milk, flour and season with pepper and salt (usually very little salt, as the bacon is already very salty).
- Spread the whole over the dough.
- Bake at approx. 200 ° C in a convection oven for approx. 30 minutes.
